Great little home - very cosy & well stocked with everything you need. The area is very quiet & private which was great. I would recommend a car if you want to travel around the city but to get into downtown its a very quick 6-7 min Uber ride. The beds were very comfortable & laundry was a nice bonus. The hosts were terrific - very accommodating when I requested an earlier check in (due to my flight). They asked me how everything was when I checked in - super nice, courteous & quick to respond to messages. Would def stay here again. Thank you

Beautiful little house, and a perfect location for our stay as my husband was attending a conference at the convention centre and could walk there in about 5-10 minutes. A much better deal than booking a hotel in the downtown. We loved the proximity to the river trails, great for runners! We also appreciated the toys and children’s books for our baby.

Cliff House was the perfect place for an extended weekend retreat and was even better than advertised. The house is cozy, peaceful, well setup and truly feels like home. It was spotlessly clean and boasted a comfortable bed, great living room and well-equipped kitchen. Location is great: just short walk to downtown dining, coffee shops and other attractions, while also being unbelievably quiet. It is also wonderfully close to the Edmonton river valley trails, which were really beautiful in the fall. It was such a nice space to exist in - from sunrise breakfast to cozy movie watching on the couch. I highly recommend Cliff House for a short or a long stay. Thank you!

If you’re looking for a place with cozy vibes, charm and character this is it. I loved staying here and I would highly recommend it. Beds are so comfortable. Kitchen has everything you need. The shower is amazing. The area is beautiful and so close to downtown but yet feels so peaceful and private. Riverdale this is a secret gem in the heart of the city. I can’t wait to stay here again.

This is one of my favourite airbnbs. I love the location - great walks and coffee shops nearby. And my favourite Italian restaurant is 1km away! The hosts also have other great recos for places to eat and visit. The house is beautifully decorated and very cozy. Highly recommend this spot if you’re in town for work or pleasure.
